Parking & Shuttle
Parking:
Parking at Caltech is available in any unnamed commuter spot in the parking lots indicated on the map. Please note a permit is required Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no charge for parking outside of these hours, so you will not need a parking permit on Saturday. Rate: $6/day
Friday, Feb. 8 – the closest parking structure to Cahill Center is Structure 3 – California Parking (underground)
Saturday, Feb. 9 – the closest parking structure to Baxter Hall is Lot 11
Shuttles:
Traveling from campus to the hotel is a bit too far to walk, so we have arranged a few shuttles to transport guests on Friday and Saturday (specific times below):
Friday morning – from Hilton Pasadena to Caltech (drop off at Cahill Center – 1216 E. California Blvd. Pasadena 91125) - Shuttles will run from 7:45am-8:45am
Friday evening – from the Athenaeum (Caltech) to Hilton Pasadena – Shuttles will start at
7:45pm and run until 8:45pm
Saturday morning – from Hilton Pasadena to Caltech (drop off behind Beckman Auditorium) – Shuttles will run from 7:45am-8:45am
